ETIL – Tray Packer with Linear Servo Drive Technology

10 November 2008

Motion analysis, as well as being easily programmable and operational, is a special advantage for machines of the final packaging line. Through the coordinated, smooth motion running of the axes, the whole packaging process is handled quickly and quietly. This treatment cares for the product and packaging, showing the necessary safety features, whilst operating at a high performance of 25 trays per minute.

The tray packer, ETIL, is designed for the packaging of bags into trays and L-shaped trays, with lids or with lids in a U-shape, as desired. Due to the hygienic design of the machine, it is visible and accessible from all sides, thus easy to clean.

With a quick format size change in less than 10 minutes, the ETIL is reproducible by a user-specific parameter, adjusting spindles, semi-automatic format adjustment and format size parts. As a result, down-times are reduced and an economic, effective product process is guaranteed.

The series is completed by efficient grouping systems, an ideal solution for the increasing demand of single-row packaging at high carton performance.
