SERVO SYSTEMS

In addition to our patented servo technology, we offer a host of other innovations on our horizontal thermoforming fill and seal machinery, such as side-extractable tooling (patent pending), servo flying knives and in-line pasteurization (patent pending).

HFFS MACHINERY SERVO TECHNOLOGY

We pioneered the use of servos in HFFS machinery for functions other than gripper-chain indexing. Through the use of closed-loop control servo-technology our HFFS machinery typically consumes less then 3% of the compressed air required of our competitors' machines.
