Since 1929 Bastin-Pack has been producing printed flexible packaging materials for the food, non-food, pharmacy and cosmetic industries. The consumer and industrial packaging materials are printed on rolls in up to eight colours on various substrates. We also manufacture block-bottom bags, vacuum pouches and stand-up pouches.

Flexo printing for flexible packaging materials

Unique packaging enhances the value of your product. Bastin-Pack offers a total service for the personalisation of your packaging. We apply the most advanced flexo printing techniques in high-resolution flexo, eight colours and even up to 16 colours accurately, in high resolution up to 152 lines per inch, equaling engraving prints with extremely stable specific register marks.

We can perform your print work on a variety of materials such as OPP, OPA, PET, PE, cellophane, PS, paperlike, alucomplexes, krafts and greaseproof paper.

Small volumes are also welcome, with low development costs.

Packaging laminates printed in sandwich

We propose the most suitable laminates for your needs, in two or three layers, using coated or uncoated films, aluminium or kraft papers. These laminates, printed in sandwich, are used for vacuum packing of coffee and tea, pharmaceutical powders, meat and cheese, portion packaging of (for example) sausages and dressings, spices, butter and margarine wrappers, muesli, flower and sugar, lidding films, pet food, refreshment towels, snacks and biscuits, shrink films for bundling cans, and many other applications.

Our high-quality laminates are the answer to all your packaging specifications. In addition to enhancing the security of your product, they offer excellent quality with high-gloss or matt effects, and provide an extra barrier for your product so that there is no direct contact with the food.

The sandwich-printed barrier laminates can be supplied on reels or in pouches (vacuum and stand-up pouches) according to your required size, compositions and volumes.

Block-bottom sachets / bags

Our bags / pouches have a capacity of 50g up to 10kg. They are available printed or unprinted, with or without a window, and with the option of being sealable. Our block-bottom bags can also be provided with a bottom label in order to guarantee 100% leak-resistance.

Vacuum and stand-up pouches

Our vacuum and stand-up pouches can be provided with a valve, zip, Euro lock, handle or tear notch. The vacuum pouches are available with one, two, three or four seals. The stand-up pouches have a preformed bottom or K-seal.

These pouches are ideal for a wide range of packaging applications, including liquids and soaps.
