Since 1953, Saueressig has been a reliable and innovative partner for its customers in the printing and converting industry. We produce designs, artworks and reproductions as well printing and embossing sleeves and cylinders, embossing calendars and equipment for finishing processes.

The worldwide operating Saueressig group has approximately 1,000 employees working at locations in Germany, Poland, Russia, Great Britain and additional joint ventures and representation in other parts of the world. We export to more than 50 countries and the parent company in Vreden alone produces more than 60,000 printing and embossing forms per annum.

The latest partly self-developed and patented technologies are used to guarantee our customers the maximum benefit and a head start in their markets. For gravure printing and cylinder engraving, we are running two fully automatic and computer controlled production lines - one for laser direct engraving and one for electro-mechanical engraving - which will both be extended this year.

We also offer our customers the latest and partially unique technology for technical, embossing and finishing rollers.

For more than six years, customised colour management solutions, digital repro approval and remote proofing solutions have been fundamental strategies of Saueressig's prepress business.

Our remote proof systems equipped with tools and profiles offer fast and cost effective digital proofs for marketing, purchasing or prepress departments.

Some of the highlights of Saueressig's service are the true and colour reliable master designs and artworks by our packaging design department. They enable our customers to approve what they want to find in the shelf.
