Permeability transmission test

A permeability tester measures the transmission rate of gases, water vapour, air, etc., through different materials, such as plastic films, laminated films, manmade leather and various other barrier materials. Labthink offers four different types of permeability testers – gas permeability testers, film and package oxygen permeability testers, water vapour permeability testers, and air permeability testers.

These permeability testers conform to Chinese standard 1038, and international standards including ISO 2556, ISO 15105-1 and ASTM D 1434. Labthink's permeability testers are used by research institutions, national legal inspection authorities, and social enterprises that have strict requirements with regard to product process and technical index.

The XLW and XLW (PC) tensile tester

Tensile testers are handy in testing many properties (like stress, strain, shear, ripping strength, hot seal strength, elongation ratio, etc.), of plastic films, complex films, flex packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, rubber, paper, and aluminium-plastic boards.

Labthink produces tensile testers in two models – the XLW Auto tensile tester and XLW (PC) auto tensile tester. Both tensile testers are equipped with micro computer controls, LCD display, and are supported by professional software.

Capable of performing seven types of tests, these tensile testers come with attached printers to enable printing of test reports. Designed for high performance, Labthink's tensile testers save energy and reduce costs.

CHY-C2 thickness tester

Labthink's high-precision thickness testers can measure the thickness of materials of up to 6mm, and with a resolution of 0.1µm.

Labthink's CHY-C2 thickness tester is designed and manufactured according to GB 6672, ASTM D645 and ISO 4593, and is applicable in accurate thickness test of all kinds of materials in its test range. The CHY-C2 thickness tester employs the most advanced technology in the world, to guarantee the accuracy of the test result and high consistency of several test results.

The CHY-C2 also has a built-in memo function to store the last used parameters. The thickness tester can print out test results of a single test or statistics analysis and results of batch tests.

SLY S1 tear tester

The tear tester is applicable in tearing resistance test of plastic films, laminated films, paper, and textiles. Labthink's SLY S1 tear tester confirms to state standards and is compatible with ISO and ASTM standards. The tearing range is easy to change, and pendulum capacities are selectable with 200gf, 400gf, 800gf, 1600gf, 3200gf and 6400gf.

NJY-20 digital torque tester

The digital torque tester is applicable in the testing of open and lock forces of bottle caps, as they are important on-line or off-line technical parameters of production and will influence transportation and consumption of products.

Labthink provides two modes for lock and open force in its torque testers. The NJY-20 digital torque tester is equipped with micro-computer controls and LCD displays. This torque tester, supported by standard RS232 software, is designed to gather data continually and automatically keeps peek value.
