METAL DETECTION SYSTEM AluScan - LATEST GENERATION

The AluScan metal detection system can reliably detect ferrous and stainless steel contamination in aluminium packed products such as ready meals, pastry and snack products.

The uniquely designed sensors detect the rest-magnetism present in the ferrous or stainless steel contamination, even through thick aluminium trays. The contaminated product is automatically rejected without interrupting the production process.

The complete system, comprising of conveyor, metal detector and reject station can be easily and quickly integrated into exiting production lines. For products taller than 50mm, an additional sensor can be positioned overhead to ensure reliable detection.

P-TRON-O METAL DETECTOR FOR SLURRIES, EMULSIONS AND LIQUID PRODUCTS

P-TRON-O is MESUTRONIC's metal detector system solution for in-line inspection of slurries, emulsions and liquid products. It is specifically designed to detect and reject metal contaminants with high reliability.
