COUNTING MACHINES FOR FROZEN FOOD

This TQ model counting machine is fully constructed out of stainless steel and specially developed for operating just below 0°C in order to prevent frozen foods from defrosting. Processing unwrapped foods - especially frozen foods like chicken wings, bread-crumbed snacks or par-baked breads - requires a very strict hygienic approach on the total design. Instead of continually disassembling the entire system and cleaning each and every individual contact part, the entire system can be rinsed with water or even washed down with a high-pressure jet.

The Cremer CF counting machine is a high-speed tablet and capsule counting machine for the pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical industries, such as medicines, vitamins, food supplements, health products etc.

For many years the CF 1220 has been a proven concept and is still meeting the latest requirements like 21CFR11.

Cremer CF tablet counting machines can count almost all possible types of tablets, capsules, soft gels or oblongs. Execution is from a single-head up to four-heads in one frame, with typical speeds from 50 to 220 containers/minute.
