PURE-PAK CARTON SYSTEM

The Pure-Pak carton is Elopak's main packaging product. The Pure-Pak symbol is the identifying mark for safe, convenient, cost-effective and environmentally-friendly containers made from renewable resources.

The design of the Pure-Pak carton both ensures maximum shelf-impact and protects the contents until consumption. Elopak offers many board types, pack sizes, configurations and print qualities to meet the individual marketing demands of its clients.

MINI DIAMOND PURE-PAK CARTON

The mini Diamond Pure-Pak carton is perfect for on-the-go and out-of-home consumption, as well as being ideal for drinking liquids directly from the pack, therefore providing more possibilities for dairy, juice and new-age beverages. It comes in 250ml, 330ml and 500ml sizes.

PURE-PAK CURVE CARTON

The innovative shape of the Pure-Pak Curve carton provides a prominent space for product messages to assist marketing. It comes in 500ml, 750ml and 1,000ml sizes.

DIAMOND PURE-PAK CURVE CARTON

Elopak's Diamond Pure-Pak Curve carton concept combines innovative design with functionality. The result is a uniquely-shaped carton with an eye-catching curved side-panel, and an extended top-panel which gives space for a wider and larger screw-cap.

Elopak's carton packaging systems can be used for both chilled (fresh) and ambient (long-life) products.

CHILLED SYSTEMS

Elopak's chilled systems include a wide range of filling methods and product applications for fresh products. Elopak has been supplying cartons, filling machines and materials handling equipment for almost 50 years, and has therefore acquired first-class experience and expertise that ensures tailor-made packaging solutions for your specific requirements.

AMBIENT SYSTEMS

Elopak's ambient systems include a range of filling methods and product applications for products with an extended shelf-life which are distributed under ambient conditions.

Elopak offers two filling technologies: aseptic cold or ambient filling of the products, and hot-filling (which consists of hot-filling followed by use of a cooling tunnel).

CSK-S30 FILLING MACHINE

Inexpensive, easily-operated and maintained, and energy-efficient, the Pure-Pak CSK-S30 filling machine has a capacity of 3,000 0.25L to 1L cartons per hour. It is ideal for fresh dairy products and ambient juice.

P-S30/P-S30D FILLING MACHINE

The Pure-Pak P-S30/P-S30D filling machine has a capacity of 3,000 0.25L to 1L cartons per hour. It is the most versatile in the Pure-Pak range of filling machines, and has a favourable output / size ratio that makes it perfect for fresh dairy products and ambient juice.

P-S120UC FILLING MACHINE

The latest filling technology is integrated into the Pure-Pak P-S120UC filling machine to achieve a capacity of 12,000 0.25L to 1L cartons per hour. It is ideal for fresh dairy, juice and ESL products, as well as non-carbonated water.

P-R90 FILLING MACHINE

The Pure-Pak P-R90 filling machine is designed for fresh dairy and juice products and has a capacity of 9,000 1.5L rectangular cartons per hour. It utilises the latest innovations to ensure the best sanitation, reduced maintenance, and ease of operation.

U-ME70SCL2 FILLING MACHINE

The Pure-Pak U-ME70SCL2 filling machine can reach a capacity of 7,250 cartons per hour. It is perfect for fresh cream, fermented milk products and juices with cells.

P-M30DSC FILLING MACHINE

Designed to serve the portion pack market, the P-M30DSC has a capacity of 2,700 mini cartons per hour in sizes 250, 330 and 500ml.

PURE-PAK P-H27 FILLING MACHINE

The Pure-Pak P-H27 filling machine has a capacity of up to 2,700 0.75L to 2L cartons per hour. It is ideal for fresh dairy and juice products.

P-H90UC FILLING MACHINE

With a capacity of 9,000 cartons per hour, the Pure-Pak P-H90UC is one of our largest filling-machines. It is ideal for non-carbonated water as well as fresh dairy, juice and ESL products.

U-S80A ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE

The U-S80A aseptic filling machine produces 8,100 cartons per hour, and runs three different sizes simultaneously from 0.25L to 1L.

U-M100A ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE

With a capacity of 10,800 cartons per hour, the Pure-Pak U-M100A is our fastest aseptic filling-machine. It can run three different mini carton sizes simultaneously, i.e. 250ml, 330ml and 500ml.
