Capsolutions

China Yanfeng Plastic Machinery General Factory
Yanfeng's cement bag making machine has a power range from Power 120kw to 157kw.	The Yanfeng brand flat yarn extruder is a tape extruder used for forming PP, HDPE and LLDPE.	Our auto cutting and stitching machine automatically accomplishs the normal-length cutting, as well as hemming for woven cloth in rolls,to save labor cost. It also uses a servo motor to drive, and an optical code meter to count length. This precisely controls the length of bags. After the heating and cutting, bags are easy to open, not conglutinated. Mold & Hotrunner Technology
MHT Mold and Hotrunner Technology's production and office facilities in Hochheim, Germany.	MHT's technical center provides a full functional test prior to shipment for all new and converted PET moulds.	With the new HOLI-Mold mould design, preform productivity can be increased by up to 50%. The new 72-cavity PET mould has been designed for 3,000kN injection machines.
The new and fully automatic PET preform mould measuring machine is used in the MHT quality inspection lab to review over 30 dimensions. 144 preforms can be measured in one day.

PLF
PLF filling machines are designed to fill all powders and granular products into rigid containers by vacuum fill and / or volume fill.	An extremely low-maintenance design with no onerous lubrication regime, the PLF filler is viewed as one of the most efficient, user-friendly and flexible filling machines in the world.	PLF's in-line gassing system reduces residual oxygen in a packaged product to minimal levels to extend shelf-life.

Subnil Packaging Machineries
