Industrial control, torsion-resistant and miniaturised cables

LEONI manufactures industrial control cables; torsion-resistant, flexible and bundled round cables; flat extruded or laminated cables; and space-saving miniaturised cables down to AWG 50 stranded.

Coil cords, fibre optic cables and flex cables

LEONI also produces coil cords and spirals; fibre optic components and cables; and high-performance flex cables.

Custom cables and hybrid designs

Our cables meet all the pertinent international approvals and standards (UL, CSA, RoHS, VDE, etc.) and are ISO 9001:2000 registered. Our custom-made cables can be ordered, or reordered, in quantities as small as 300ft, while our hybrid designs can integrate a wide range of features such as fibre optics, coaxial, air/water hoses, etc. as well as support for future equipment upgrades.

High-performance flat (HPF) cable

For applications requiring tens of millions of flex cycles at tight bend radii, LEONI has developed the high-performance flat (HPF) cable. Using special fluor-polymer materials, LEONI HPF cables can be designed for specific applications to exceed 100 million cycles at bend radii of 7.5 x cable OD.

LEONI HPF cables provide a wide variety of useful options. Hybrid designs can include many different components, including single wires, twisted pairs, coaxial cables, data cables such as Ethernet and FireWire, optical fibres, and even hoses or larger diameter copper wires for power supply.

Standard control cables

The LEONI L-FLEXX line comprises standard control cables. These are high-performance cables that are ready-made and ready-to-ship, and include:
