VACUUM AND VOLUMETRIC POWDER FILLING MACHINES

PLF produces one of the most flexible filling machines for powders into rigid containers in the world. With no augers to create product breakdown, PLF's vacuum and volumetric powder filling machines are designed to accommodate a wide range of powder flow characteristics.

PLF's machines have no moving parts in contact with the product, resulting in the gentlest product handling. Their design facilitates ease of cleaning, and provides a low maintenance requirement with exceptionally accurate filling ability and rapid changeover. IN-LINE GASSING SYSTEM

To compliment the range of powder filling machinery, and in response to customer demand, PLF has designed an in-line gassing system, which reduces residual oxygen in a packaged product to minimal levels to extend shelf-life. The PLF design incorporates extensive safety features, together with a unique gas-recycling system which reduces expensive gas usage significantly.

The advantage of PLF's in-line gassing system is that the initial investment in equipment is reduced as there is no requirement for a clinching machine or gas box. This provides the further benefit of a reduction in the floor space required.

PLF SCOOP INSERTER

Designed to meet customer's demands for an efficient machine which accommodates the same diameter scoops, with different volume capacity, PLF's scoop inserter is a low-maintenance design with minimal change parts.

PLF DAMAGED CONTAINER REJECT SYSTEM

The PLF damaged container reject system identifies damaged containers prior to them entering the filling cycle, and removes them from the system.
