Raymax Lasers® is Australia’s premier supplier of laser technology and has supplied high-quality European-made lasers since 1992. Raymax offers a wide variety of lasers and related safety equipment, such as diode lasers, coding lasers, Femto lasers, laser meters, lasers for micro or nano processing, laser welding and laser cutting, fibre lasers, optical lenses, laser goggles and lasers with optical fibres.
Raymax can provide coding and marking lasers and laser systems, which are used for identification and marking of various products made from many different substrates. Coding and marking lasers are used in many industries including the wine, beverage, food products, FMCG and pharmaceutical industries.
Raymax offers a range of scribing lasers and laser coders for glass, plastic and carton packaging materials.
The Linx SL301 and Linx SL101 compact scribing lasers offer high-performance laser coding at an affordable price. They are suitable for a wide range of coding and marking applications across a variety of industries.
The Linx SL501 laser coder delivers both print speed and high-resolution quality codes without compromise, and is suitable for even the most challenging production environments.
The ALLTEC LC500, LC300 and LC100 laser marking systems deliver high-resolution marks on a wide range of products, including packaging such as labels, glass, plastic containers, tubes and cardboard cartons.
Raymax manufactures a range of laser markers for metallic packaging. The ALLPRINT DN A-series diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser markers combine the advantages of diode-pumped, Nd:YAG laser technology with stroke marking techniques to offer an unprecedented combination of quality, flexibility, reliability and economy.
The ALLPRINT LN A-series lamp-pumped, high-power Nd:YAG laser markers are currently in use in thousands of production lines. The ALLPRINT LN A-series of laser markers offers reliability, flexibility, user-friendliness and economy.
Raymax can provide customised laser systems. For example, a food packaging company came to Raymax recently with a plastic perforation problem: the product they had was not consistent enough and they needed a creative solution. While using a laser for micro perforating has tremendous benefits over machine perforation, as the focused laser vaporises a minute series of smaller holes rather than puncturing or tearing the packaging, finding the right laser-based solution was the key as existing laser systems did not produce consistent size holes during the whole production run.
Raymax was able to identify an innovative solution using an industrial-strength laser that did not produce variable sized holes as the production speed was varied. A new system was designed, developed and implemented, and training provided at an existing production facility. A courtesy support visit six weeks after installation showed that everything was going well and the system has continued to produce consistent holes since its installation.
In addition to the wide range of lasers and laser systems that Raymax offers, the company can also provide secure features written using laser technology – both overt and covert.
Raymax offers a range of lasers and laser systems for micromachining processes. Some common process applications are:
Raymax offers a range of fume extraction products specifically designed and engineered to remove laser-generated particles in the atmosphere around the laser workspace.
The laser fume extraction systems have been designed and manufactured by air pollution control specialists, with the close collaboration of the world’s leading laser manufacturers.
