China Yanfeng Plastic Machinery General Factory produces more than 3,000 sets of plastic and packaging machines every year. These include printing machines, circular looms, bag making machines, tape / film extruders, winding machines, mesh bag looms, sun shade mesh looms, laminating machines and recycling granulators. Our machines have also been exported to more than 60 different countries such as the USA, Korea, Italy, Turkey, Nigeria, Thailand, UAE, Russia, etc. CIRCULAR LOOMS - 4-SHUTTLE, 6-SHUTTLE AND 8-SHUTTLE SERIESWe produce four series of circular looms (bag making machines) with nine models, in which four-shuttle circular looms can weave woven bags of different specifications and six-and eight-shuttle circular looms can weave container bags and cloths. The circular loom for mesh bags can weave mesh bags for packing vegetables and fruits. The four-shuttle circular loom with lay-flat width of 350mm to 1,100mm is unique domestically. Our new circular loom with lay-flat width of 200mm to 750mm filled in the national gaps and the four-shuttle loom for mesh bags has also been successfully developed. All the circular looms made in our factory are equipped with a no-brush shuttle invented by us. Our circular looms have the advantages of high-production efficiency, low noise, economical power consumption, easy operating and maintenance and the ability to use tapes made with recycled materials. FLAT YARN EXTRUDERThe Yanfeng brand tape extruder combination was designed to introduce and assimilate up-to-date technologies at home and abroad. It adopts advanced electric digital-simulation control technology, such as computer-controlled frequency, conversion speed-regulation and controllable silicon direct-current speed regulation. With high production efficiency and high quality tape tube forming, this assembly can also be equipped with an advanced band. This assembly has two kinds of stock thread heating structures, hot-blast stretching bellows and electric baking board. It can be used for forming PP, HDPE and LLDPE. PLASTIC TAPE DRAWING MACHINEThe plastic tape drawing machine, using polypropylene or polyethylene, through heating, extruding and drawing, makes tape that for weaving on the circular loom. The plastic tape drawing machine can use 100% recycling PP and PE, powder or grain PP and PE to produce the tapes. The screw and cylinder of the extruder are made of 38CrMoA1A alloy steel; the hardness is over HV950 after nitrogenation treatment. A vertical gear reducer is applied to the extruder and the gears and chain wheels are made of 45# medium carbon steel with high-frequency quench treatment. The driving rollers are electroplated with hard chromium. Tension self-controlling for the winding-rollers is applied to the driving unit. LAMINATING MACHINEMaking use of the good adhesive properties of polypropylene and polyethylene at melting point, the multi-function cylindrical laminating machine adheres and laminates paper or color-printed OPP and BOPP film to woven bags under pressure, and through cut-off and sewing, makes paper and plastic laminated or color-printed packaging woven bags. Laminating with melted polypropylene and polyethylene film on the woven bags makes laminated woven bags. Laminating on film and paper directly, or laminating color-printed OPP and BOPP film on the surface of the bags, makes color-printed packaging bags for instant noodles, melon seeds and other foods. FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING MACHINEApplicable for continuous flexographic printing of packing materials such as PP woven bags, plastic film and web in roll etc. The flexographic printing machine can reduce workers' labor intensity and improve working efficiency. The flexographic-printing machine adopts an imported transducer, controlling and operating the advanced cobweb barrel, transmitting the ink evenly with satiated ink color.
