Front / back labellers

Ease of set-up, accurate and consistent label placement, and reliability are all features of the Compact FB range of front / back labellers. The FB front / back labeller can be supplied as a front-only machine (for labelling products with only a front label) and it also permits the labelling of non-round / oval containers.

The FB front / back labeller is designed for years of trouble-free use and features quick set-up for various containers and labels. It has a throughput of up to 150 products per minute (product and label dependent). Applications include:

• Personal care products
• Chemical or household products
• Jerry can-type containers
• Pharmaceutical products

Wrap labellers

The Compact 3R three-roller wrap labeller is ideal for applying labels to cylindrical containers. Full wrap labels can be overlapped with perfect alignment (product dependent), and this machine is also ideal for when you are trying to achieve a 'no label look'.

The labels can be partial or full wrap, spot, or front and back labels. The 3R wrap labeller can be operated in an existing line or as a stand-alone unit. It has a throughput of up to 70 products per minute (product and label dependent). Applications include:

• Wine bottle labelling - front and back, full wrap or add spot labels to pre-labelled bottles
• Aerosol can labelling - with label(s) oriented to seam, spot, full or partial wrap
• Plastic bottle labelling - with full wrap label where label alignment is critical
• Poison or embossed bottles
• Soft-sided bottles

Top labellers

The Compact Top2 top labeller applies labels to the top of products that can be laid down on a conveyor, such as cartons and jar lids. The Top2 top labeller can be operated in an existing line or as a stand-alone unit. Applications include:

• Carton labelling (shippers to PC software cartons)
• Product / jar / bottle lids
• Punnet lids - clamshell packs
• Sheet or leaflet labelling with the addition of a sheet feeder for auto feeding
• CD and DVD labelling

The Top2 top labeller has a throughput of up to 400 products per minute (product and label dependent). It is of a heavy-duty construction for years of maintenance-free productivity, and is easy and quick to set up, simple to operate and highly reliable.

Portable semi-automatic labeller for round or parallel-sided containers

The Compact-a-Wr@p portable semi-automatic labeller is designed to apply one or two labels to round or parallel-sided containers. It can also perform over-labelling or registration labelling if required.

The Compact-a-Wr@p is very simple to operate and set up and, unlike other semi-automatic labellers, it rewinds the backing paper as you work, removing potential fire and safety hazards. All die cut labels, whether they are clear or opaque, can be applied by the Compact-a-Wr@p portable semi-automatic labeller. Applications include:

• Wine bottle labelling - front and back, full wrap or over-label pre-labelled bottles
• Aerosol can labelling - with label(s) oriented to a seam, full or partial wrap
• Plastic or glass bottle labelling - front and back, full wrap or add spot labels to pre-labelled bottles
• Poison or embossed bottle labelling – one or two labels oriented relative to embossing
• Plastic bottle labelling - one or two labels oriented relative to the seam of plastic bottles (great for applying clear labels for the 'no label look')
• Syringe and vial labelling - front and back, or full wrap labels

Portable semi-automatic labeller for flat or oval-shaped containers

The Compact-a-Pad portable semi-automatic labeller is designed to apply one or two labels to flat or oval-shaped containers. It is very simple to operate and set up and, like the Compact-a-Wr@p, it rewinds the backing paper as you work. Both clear and opaque die cut labels can be applied by the Compact-a-Pad portable semi-automatic labeller.

The Compact-a-Pad is ideal for labelling:

• Plastic, glass or steel containers
• Cosmetic jars - top and bottom (alternately printed) or one label only
• Trigger packs – one label (front or back) or two labels (front and back - alternately printed)
• Flat / oval bottles - one label (front or back) or two labels (front and back - alternately printed)
• Square bottles - one label (front or back) or two labels (front and back - alternately printed)
