Euromark Marking and Coding supplies product identification and traceability solutions, offering a full line of reliable and innovative inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, and print and apply label systems.

Euromark provides fully integrated solutions, which enable improved product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, product recalls and improved manufacturing processes.

Continuous inkjet printers for high-speed high-resolution applications

Continuous inkjet printers are used to print variable information on individual products, such as dates, times, specific text, batch codes, product names and logos.

Euromark supplies Hitachi’s high-definition range of printers, which are capable of printing barcodes, special characters, logos and graphics, as well as micro-printing.
Anser cartridge-based printers provide 600dpi printing of 1D and 2D code, text and graphic, on porous and non-porous substrates.
Euromark supplies Allen Coding lasers, which are ideal for printing indelible codes at low or high-production speeds.
Euromark provides print and verify technologies for alphanumeric, logo, print log, date / time, expiry date (real-time and adjusted), shift code, counter and linear barcodes.
The company manufactures and supplies continuous inkjet, high-resolution drop-on-demand, hot melt solid inks, drop-on-demand, thermal inkjet and thermal transfer technologies.
Euromark stocks a variety of parts and spares, including batteries, drive rollers, heaters and thermocouples, ink filters, ink pumps, memory cards, solenoid valves and springs.
Emergency repairs and servicing are Euromark’s specialty. The company knows how important it is to keep customers’ production lines operational.
The company offers training courses for customers that include: data input, edit, change of parameters, ink system, fault finding, preventative maintenance and logo builder.
Euromark provides ink recovery and waste disposal solutions.

This is particularly useful for providing traceability data and for complying with increasingly strict industry legislation.

Continuous inkjet printer models include small character, shape and distance, micro-fine, large character, high-speed and pigmented printers.

Euromark’s inkjet printers support the following substrate types:

  • Porous, semi-porous and non-porous
  • Coated and uncoated paper
  • Coated and uncoated card
  • Plastic: PET, PVC, HDPE and LDPE
  • Concrete
  • Wood
  • Film
  • Foil
  • Glass
  • Metal
  • Aluminium
  • Ceramic
  • Food Grade Ink

Thermal inkjet cartridge-based compact and handheld printers

Thermal inkjet cartridge-based compact and handheld printers use standard ink cartridge systems and do not require any bottles of ink or solvent, making thermal inkjet printers clean and simple to use.

Euromark’s thermal cartridge-based inkjet printers support the following substrate types:

  • Porous, semi-porous and non-porous
  • Coated and uncoated paper
  • Coated and uncoated card
  • Plastic: PET, PVC, HDPE and LDPE

Laser markers for the automotive, aerospace and glass industries

Laser markers are ideal for the automotive, aerospace and glass industries to generate indelible codes at low or high-production speeds, including serial numbers, batch codes, barcodes, 2D matrix codes, real-time numbers, logos, graphics and special characters.

Euromark’s laser markers support the following substrate types:

  • Semi-porous and non-porous
  • Plastic: PET, PVC, HDPE and LDPE
  • Wood
  • Film
  • Foil
  • Glass
  • Metal

Print and verify system for the pharmaceutical industry

The print and verify system is a complete solution comprising printers, cameras, central machine control with print and verification software, human machine interference (HMI) and a validation package.

The system is capable of printing pharmaceutical data, including ECC200 Datamatrix codes, in accordance with the GS1 standard with a reject system for removing failed products with extensive logging and data management capabilities.

Print and apply labelling systems

The P100 British designed and built print and apply labelling system is a proven robust, reliable, easy-to-use and simple to maintain system in both chilled and ambient factories.

The P140 Applicator applies pre-printed labels to products and is designed for high-reliability within fast-moving, 24/7 factories. The P140 Applicator will apply rolls of labels up to 300mm in diameter at speeds of up to 100 products per minute.

Inks and solvents for major printing technologies

Euromark technicians manufacture and supply superior-quality alternative inks and solvents for continuous inkjet (CIJ), high-resolution drop-on-demand (HRDOD), hot melt solid inks (HMS), drop-on-demand (DOD), thermal inkjet (TIJ) and thermal transfer (TT) technologies, which could provide savings of up to 50%.

Parts and spares for all major printing technologies

Euromark offers an extensive range of industrial inkjet coder parts and spares, including Hitachi, Videojet, Domino, Markem Imaje, Linx, Anser, Solaris and Tiflex, as well as replacement parts for inkjet coders that original manufacturers may consider to be obsolete.

Consultancy, integration and feasibility studies for printing solutions

As a one-stop solutions company, Euromark offers a consultancy, integration and feasibility study service, a free health check visit, to evaluate existing machine processes and provides a detailed report to see if the company can improve efficiency and offer a more cost-effective solution.

Servicing and repairs for industrial inkjet printing

With some of the most experienced technicians in the industrial inkjet printing equipment arenas, Euromark offers exceptional service levels to its customers.

Euromark provides servicing and repairs for a range of makes, including Hitachi, Videojet, Domino and Linx.

In-house and on-site technical and operational training courses

Euromark offers basic operational and technical training courses, either at Euromark’s site in Wigan, UK, or the customer’s site.

Investment in training employees pays back in substantial dividends as soon as employees return, providing faster resolutions to issues, an ‘ownership’ approach towards marking equipment, reduction in equipment downtime and delivering valuable production up-time.

Ink recovery and waste disposal applications

Euromark is a registered carrier of hazardous waste and works with customers to ensure they are compliant with all legislation.

Euromark provides containers for ink and solvent waste, used cartridges and bottles. Collection of such items can be arranged at customers’ convenience and at competitive rates.
