INX International Ink will debut its Troubleshooting Guide App and introduce its social media hub and YouTube television channel at the Graph Expo (booth 3813) at McCormick Place, Chicago, US, from 28 September to 1 October.

INX International president and CEO Rick Clendenning said: "Graph Expo is a key show for us. It’s in our hometown and many of our customers like to visit Chicago at this time of year.

"For us, this show is all about what we can do to help our customers with information and resources. Every shop experiences problems at some point and it’s important to limit the amount of downtime. We believe the new Troubleshooting App will complement our service group and provide the extra edge our customers want to run their businesses more efficiently."

The INX Troubleshooting Guide App aims to save time for printers by offering an instant information resource. The easy-to-use tool recognises symptoms, determines probable causes and finds solutions for many printing applications. This includes sheetfed, web offset / heatset, UV Flexo, Litho, Hybrid and metal decorating, EB Litho; and two and three-piece metal decorating.

The app, which allows printers to select and save the most common printing problems they experience and share it with others, will soon be available for download on iTunes (ios), Google Play Store (android) and Microsoft (Windows Phone and Windows Surface Tablet) stores.
