The new black trays have been specifically designed to address the strict requirements of the sushi manufacturer and meet the demands of the consumer.

The Coveris trays are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/polyethylene (PE) foil that protects products against tampering.
The newly designed lid will help keep the contents inside the tray still and prevent movement.

The sushi is packed in the tray in a modified atmosphere that allows Sushi To Go to keep food fresh and extend its shelf life while retaining its moisture and flavour till the expiry date.
Being free of additives and preservatives, Sushi To Go products are not frozen and contain no additional flavour enhancers or colouring.
Since May, Sushi To Go dishes have been available in this new packaging in Poland.
