Private equity firm CORE Industrial Partners has acquired Prototek Sheetmetal Fabrication.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

CORE Industrial Partners obtained debt financing for the transaction from Monroe Capital and engaged Winston & Strawn as legal adviser for the transaction.

CORE Industrial Partners specialises in direct and fund of fund investing, while Prototek Sheetmetal provides prototyping services for the CNC machined and sheet metal fabricated parts and components.

Polinas Plastik Sanayii ve Ticareti has acquired Propak Ambalaj Uretim ve Pazarlama from Southeast Europe Equity Fund II, a fund managed by SEAF.

Both Polinas Plastik and Propak Ambalaj are based in Turkey.

Siegwerk Druckfarben has reached an agreement to acquire Tupahue Tintas, a printing inks manufacturer and seller based in Brazil.

Based in Germany, Siegwerk Druckfarben manufactures and supplies printing inks for packaging applications and labels.
