International Paper has completed its purchase of a Moroccan packaging company.
Compagnie Marocaine des Cartons et des Papiers (CMCP) was sold by Cofipac to International Paper for $40m.
CMCP produces corrugated packaging materials for the industrial and agricultural markets.
Last year it had sales of approximately $145m.
