South African packaging giant Astrapak could sell its flexible packaging businesses to Pamish Investments, a subsidiary of Afripack.
Astrapak has agreed to sell Astraflex, Cape Wrappers, Diverse Labelling Consultants, Astra Repro, Tamperpak and Astrapak Flexibles to Pamish Investment for about R153m ($19.7m).
Astrapak will focus on its core films and rigids division as part of a redefined future business strategy.
