Nampak said it will invest £3.25m ($4.8m) in a bottle manufacturing facility at Dale Farm's Pennybridge dairy, Northern Ireland.
The plant in Ballymena will operate four blow-moulding machines, manufacturing more than 100m milk bottles a year, the packaging firm said.
Nampak said it is also planning to export bottles to other dairies in Ireland.
The company expects the manufacturing line to use 10% recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE).
The investment coincides with Dale Farm's £39m ($58.3m) investment in its dairy procession facilities.
