X-Rite Pantone PantoneLIVE vice president Adrián Fernández said: “With increasingly stringent requirements from brands, combined with shorter print runs, and increased volumes, printers must get the job right the first time, every time.

“At Labelexpo Americas, we will show new products, provide hands-on product demos, and offer special pricing discounts.

“Attendees can speak with our colour experts to learn how they can successfully meet new market demands by taking control of colour in their operations.”

The ColorCert 2.7 to be unveiled at the event is a quality control, production specification and reporting solution that enables packaging converters to manage the complexities of CMYK according to industry standards.

The new PantoneLIVE, which is a cloud-based solution for digitally communicating colour, provides access to accurate digital colour libraries.

X-Rite’s new PantoneLIVE Digital Drawdowns peel and stick colour labels can be attached directly to a physical sample to confirm accuracy in proofs, mock-ups, or press sheets.

Designers and printers can identify colour differences using the new PantoneLIVE Digital Tolerance Guide.

The company has designed the new X-Rite eXact spectrophotometer platform in a bid to help measure colour on flexible film materials.

Additionally, the InkFormulation Software Version 6.3 will enable ink colour recipe creation, storage, approval and retrieval for offset, flexographic, gravure, and screen-printing inks.
