German packaging firm Storopack has unveiled a new paper cushion system designed for applications requiring high throughput and secure packaging material.

The PAPERplus Track system provides paper cushion directly at the packing station, ensuring effective padding.

PAPERplus Track can be used to package 5kg-50kg products.

The client can deploy the system into its existing distribution lines, minimising process costs. Once integrated, it can be used to package spare parts, electronic components and ceramics.

The compact-sized machine enables the client to adjust the volume of the paper cushions, optimising the use of materials.

It also uses safe blade-free technology of the PAPERplus Track where the paper is perforated to facilitate the mechanical separation of each paper cushion.
