The industry’s overall hiring increased by 0.15% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.

By GlobalData1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 47.06% in October 2021, registering a 14.29% growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 25.49% share, an increase of 62.5% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 17.65%, registering a 28.57% rise from September 2021.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 7.84%, down 20% over the previous month.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 57.89% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
The Procter & Gamble posted 9 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a drop of 10% over the previous month, followed by British American Tobacco with 9 jobs and a 350% growth. AB Electrolux with 5 IT jobs and Mars with 4 jobs, recorded a 150% growth and a 100% growth, respectively, while Arla Foods recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 60.78%, up by 6.9% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 25.49% share, registered an increase of 116.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 13.73% share, down 12.5% over September 2021.
