The newly-launched bleached grades paper line includes Bistro Wax, Bistro Foil and Bistro Bag.

This line comes in the form of wrappers, basket liners, deli papers, and flat and pinch bottom bags.
Available in 15lb to 40lb basis weights, Bistro line products comply with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements and are sustainably manufactured with existing chain-of-custody certification under Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) and Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) standards.
Catalyst Paper specialty papers and new product development vice-president Brian Boland said: “We are excited to introduce the BISTRO family to the market, following on the recent commercial launch of LEAP, our lightweight food packaging papers.
