Vegalab US has announced the completion of asset purchase from M&G Farms, Inc. and M&G Packing.

The assets purchased from M&G Farms include 11 acres of real property and 30,000ft² of buildings, while those acquired from M&G Packing include entire equipment, inventory, customers, suppliers, contract rights and intangible property.

Vegalab states that the assets will be substantially enough to create a packaging business.
