Global adhesives provider HB Fuller is set to introduce the latest version of its Flextra Fast flexible packaging adhesive.

The Flextra Fast SFA 8600 / XR 1500 adhesive allows converters to laminate as fast as 1,700 feet per minute. It has been designed for performance processes ranging from snack pouches to difficult boil-in-bag applications.
HB Fuller North American sales manager for flexible packaging Brian Glasbrenner said that the technology allows converters to begin secondary processing and also ensures PAA decay so that the laminates can be safely filled in a short time.
