Packaging solutions provider Hoffmann Neopac has unveiled a new series of LowPro flip-top caps designed to complement its EcoDesign tubes.

The company introduced the new range at this year’s Paris Packaging Week, which took place on 17-18 January 2024.

The LowPro caps are offered in various materials, including polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and up to 40% recycled PE (rPE) food-grade material, with options for either a glossy or matte finish.

This allows brands to customise their packaging to align with their design preferences.

The caps are compatible with Neopac’s sustainable tube range, which includes 35-50mm diameter extruded tubes made from sugarcane, recycled resins, and Spruce wood.

In addition, Neopac’s LowPro caps can feature several safety enhancements such as tamper-evident stickers and sleeves for products manufactured in the EU.

Neopac Cosmetics head Catherine Bismuth said: “Neopac is committed to materials reduction and incorporating high-quality recycled resins in all of its offerings – including caps, which have been historically challenging from a stress corrosion cracking standpoint.

“By pairing an extensive range of LowPro Caps with our diverse EcoDesign tubes series, we continue to broaden the functionality and versatility of our lightweight packaging solutions.”
