The acquisition will help Jabil enhance its sustainable packaging capabilities and consumer packaged goods (CPG) offerings.

Based in Oakland, California, Ecologic Brands specialises in manufacturing paper bottle and paper-based packaging solutions.
L’Oréal, Seventh Generation and other major CPG brands leverage Ecologic’s eco.bottle to meet their sustainability goals and reduce plastic packaging.
The eco.bottle is made from recycled cardboard.

Ecologic’s Manteca operation will integrate into Jabil Packaging Solutions division.
The team and operations will join Jabil, but the company will retain the Ecologic name as its sustainable packaging product platform.
