Lebanese mineral water bottler Tannourine Water is planning to increase its production capacity with the installation of Sidel Matrix Combi water line.

Developed by beverage packaging provider Sidel, the new Matrix Combi water line has a capacity to produce 31,500 bottles every hour.

Tannourine Water general manager Georges Makhoul said: "We are confident that the Sidel Matrix Combi line will help us meet our objectives in the market and achieve operational excellence, as the criteria we followed to make our decision included capital cost, maintenance and running costs, technical capabilities and after-sales support."

Additionally, the company is revamping its bottle design by integrating Sidel StarLite water base, which will further help the company to save energy consumption during blowing and reduce the amount of PET required.
