US-based packaging machinery company ProMach has launched a new organisation called PE North America to support its brands and the Axon brand of labellers in the US.
P.E. North America will operate from the facilities in Raleigh, North Carolina and Cincinnati, Ohio to manufacture, assemble and test Axon branded labellers and select P.E. branded labellers.

The two facilities, along with a facility in Corona, California, will offer aftermarket support, including spare parts and technical field service for Axon and P.E. Labellers brands.
P.E. North America vice-president and general manager Bob Williams said: “With P.E and Axon working together, customers can turn to one organization for virtually all their labelling needs. Our strategy is to blend these complementary product lines and build on their strengths to provide the highest overall value to our customers.

By GlobalDataIn addition, the new division will market a range of products brands, such as rotary and inline pressure sensitive labellers, rotary cut & stack cold glue labellers, rotary cut & stack hot melt labellers and rotary and linear roll-fed labellers under the P.E Labellers.
According to the company, the products are suitable for manufacturers and contract packers of foods, beverages, household chemicals and other products.
Furthermore, the company has appointed a new operations manager from P.E. Labellers Italy to enhance collaboration and customer support for P.E. North America.
