The US Food and Drug Administration has issued a letter outlining how it will apply enforcement discretion to voluntary “no artificial colours” labelling claims.
The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre has published a technical proposal for harmonised waste sorting labels on EU packaging.
This is ACG’s second site to receive the designation, with its Pithampur capsules plant having gained the designation in 2023.
