MontClerc Capital has acquired a minority stake in Polykar, a Canadian manufacturer specialising in sustainable flexible packaging solutions.

This strategic investment is intended to enhance Polykar's growth in the North American market.

The financial backing is expected to enhance Polykar's production capabilities and expedite the creation of new eco-friendly packaging options in response to increasing market demand.

Polykar specialises in polyethylene (PE) film for converters, as well as various food and industrial packaging products.

The company’s product portfolio also includes recycled waste bags and certified-compostable bags and films.
