EASY-PAC is the all-in-one, hassle-free solution that maximises uptime for packaging professionals who demand world-class efficiencies. EASY-PAC is a turnkey adhesive dispensing package that includes everything you need to revolutionise the way you currently seal cases and cartons:

EASY-PAC has been designed to eliminate the causes of downtime that slow down production and delay your delivery schedules. The biggest cause of this downtime is adhesive char. With the new EASY-PAC package sealing solution, char is eliminated. The EASY-PAC hot melt provides full case and carton sealing functionality at the lowest application temperature on the market; 90°C. At this low temperature, char does not form. The integrated Autofill vacuum feeder eliminates the need to open the hot melt tank, so char-producing contaminants cannot enter the system.

You do not have to stop your line to replace nozzles and hoses, so you save on parts, labour and downtime because EASY-PAC does not produce char.

CLEAR-LOK LABELLING ADHESIVE

CLEAR-LOK is an innovative adhesive solution for clear plastic labelling using existing wet labelling machinery. CLEAR-LOK has proven performance on many types of transparent labelling material, and proven performance on existing wet labelling machines using cut and stack labels. The adhesive film gives excellent clarity behind the label, maximising the impact of the brand on the consumer.

The drying performance of CLEAR-LOK has been proven with many label and bottle combinations. A strong bond is maintained whilst the adhesive is drying, meaning the label is immediately secure off the line and continues to strengthen until fully dry.

Bottles labelled using CLEAR-LOK adhesive can also achieve up to five days Ice Water Resistance (IWR) and can be recycled and cleaned through a caustic wash.

CONTOUR ROLL-FED SHRINK LABELLING ADHESIVE

The CONTOUR hot melt system enables shrink labelling of curved containers using existing roll-fed machines, at high speeds and low cost. Many film label stocks can be used to achieve the required appearance and shrinkage.

The CONTOUR system has the required heat-stress resistance to ensure a strong bond. The CONTOUR adhesive forms a secure bond at the seam, and will not flag or creep during labelling and shrinking. The new system allows for increased line speeds compared with those associated with conventional shrink sleeve labelling.
