Injection moulding firm Rosti Group has signed an agreement to sell its subsidiary Rosti Nederland to the Dutch company Helvoet.

The acquisition involves Rosti Nederland’s plant in Tilburg and is expected to be completed during December 2011.

Rosti Group CEO Börje Vernet said the group has completed its strategic review and will pursue organic growth with other plans for acquisitions.

The company has sales of €15m and produces injection moulded products and packaging for food, beverage, industrial, medical and pharmaceutical markets.

Rosti Group, with a combined turnover of €200m, operates seven manufacturing plants in China, Germany, India, Poland, Netherlands, Sweden, and the UK.
