These include standard strength boxes, heavy-duty boxes, corrugated mailers and retail boxes.

To support this, orders are dispatched from several warehouses located across the US.

Using more than one shipping point is intended to reduce transit time, improve stock access during seasonal surges, and lessen the impact of localised disruption.

It is also expected to help operations teams plan replenishment for fast‑moving SKUs more consistently.

The Boxery holds stock covering more than 1,000 cardboard box sizes, including cube, tall and mailer formats. The size range is intended to support closer carton fit, with the goal of reducing dimensional weight and limiting excess void fill.

For strength and protection requirements, customers can choose between standard-strength (ECT32), heavy duty single-wall (ECT44) and heavy duty double-wall (ECT48) options.

These specifications are presented as suitable for shipments ranging from apparel and books to equipment and fragile items. Heavy duty corrugated options in single-wall and double-wall constructions are stated to provide higher edge crush ratings to help reduce damage in transit.

Alongside cartons, the offer includes mailers made from recycled fibre and other eco friendly alternatives across key packing materials, intended to support sustainability programmes while maintaining pack speed and protection.

Implementation of the expanded network is being introduced in stages to match retail and B2B seasonality, starting with categories that typically experience the largest increases in demand in Q1 and Q4.

Recently, The Boxery introduced a 2025 line of heavy-duty corrugated boxes intended to help reduce in-transit damage and limit packaging waste in high-volume shipping operations.

The range used double-wall board for additional protection and added more carton sizes to support closer product fit. It also offered options that were compatible with recyclable, water-based barrier coatings for shipments exposed to moisture.
