Imperial Dade has agreed to acquire Enterprise Paper Holdings, a Canadian distributor of paper, packaging and janitorial products.

Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Enterprise Paper was established in 1973 and operates in British Columbia and Alberta, supplying paper, packaging and janitorial products across Canada.

In February 2025, Imperial Dade expanded its operations via the acquisition of Athens Janitor Supply Company and Chittom Industries, together referred to as AJS.
