VPK Group has taken full control of Fencor Packaging Group, the parent company of Manor Packaging, in a move that adds to its UK operations.
Fencor runs a manufacturing site in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, with related storage and warehousing activities to support distribution to customers across the UK.

This follows VPK’s 2024 purchase of a minority holding in the business in 2024.
VPK UK and Ireland managing director Martin Taylor said: “Manor Packaging is a well-invested and agile organisation, known for its high service levels and close relationships with customers. We look forward to supporting the business in its next phase of growth.”
Manor Packaging will remain a separate business within VPK Group.
Tony Clifton, currently sales director, will stay in charge as managing director.
The company has an existing commercial relationship with Corrboard UK, which is also majority-owned by VPK.
David Orr is due to retire shortly after 26 years running and developing the business.
