Tat Seng Packaging is making changes to its board with the appointment of Goi Kok Ming, also known as Wei Guoming, as an executive director.
The company has also named Tan Lye Heng Paul, currently an independent director, as lead independent director.

After the changes take effect, the board will consist of Goi Seng Hui as executive chairman, Goi Kok Ming as executive director, Tan Lye Heng Paul as non-executive and lead independent director, Kong WeiLi as non-executive and independent director, and Chen Zhen as non-executive and independent director.
There will be no changes to the nominating committee, remuneration committee, or audit and risk committee.
In his new role, Goi will oversee the group’s business activities, resources and operations, and will also be involved in shaping and carrying out its strategies and business objectives.
His work history over the past decade includes serving as executive director and chief executive officer of PSC Corporation, as well as non-executive director at Serial System.
He has also been non-executive director at Union Steel Holdings and executive director of Tee Yih Jia Group.
In addition, he was chief operating officer and executive director of Acelink Logistics Pte, and chief operating officer and executive director of GSH Corporation from 2012 to 4 May 2026.
Tat Seng Packaging was established in 1968 and is listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
The group operates in Singapore and China, with plants in Suzhou, Nantong Rugao, Nantong Tongzhou, Hefei and Tianjin.
Its product range includes corrugated boards, corrugated cartons, die-cut boxes, assembly cartons and heavy-duty corrugated packaging products.
It supplies customers across sectors such as food and beverage, electronics and electrical, pharmaceutical and chemical, and other export-related industries.
