Tetra Pak has named Michael Wu as managing director for Oceania, a role in which he will oversee the group’s activities in Australia and New Zealand.
His remit includes working with customers on packaging and processing systems focused on food safety, reduced environmental impact, and more resilient food systems.

Wu moves into the Oceania post from his latest job as market operations quality and sustainability director.
He previously served as managing director for Tetra Pak’s businesses in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia, with responsibility for operations across that regional portfolio.
His previous positions also include vice-president of commercial and cluster leader for Greater China, as well as director of supply chain integration. Those roles involved work across China, Canada and Southeast Asia.
