Gallus Group, a provider of label printing technology and part of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, is set to make several changes to its leadership team.

Michael Bsirske, who currently serves as the company’s chief financial officer, will take on the role of interim chief executive officer.

Dario Urbinati will leave the CEO position on 1 November 2026 and join the board of Gallus Ferd.

He is due to become president of the board on 1 January 2027.

From 1 October 2026, Uwe Boerner will lead global sales while continuing to oversee key accounts.

He will replace Thomas Schweizer, who is leaving Gallus Group to take up a position outside the company.

The changes follow the expansion of Gallus Group’s digital product range, including Gallus One and Gallus Five, as well as developments involving its existing products and the Gallus Experience Center.

The company is also expanding its activities in markets including India.
