Kawasaki Robotics (USA) has revealed plans to launch its CP110L palletising robot for consumer goods, packaging, and end-of-line production facilities in North America.
The company will launch the robot at PACK EXPO International 2026 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The four-axis robot will add a 110-kg payload option to Kawasaki’s CP Series, which now covers capacities ranging from 110kg to 700kg.
The CP110L has a maximum reach of 2,505mm and can handle up to 2,200 cases per hour under specified operating conditions.
It weighs 820 kg and offers repeatability of ±0.05mm.
The model is designed for production environments where floor space and ceiling height are limited.
It requires a ceiling height of 2,242mm and has a revolute-axis interference radius of 453mm, the company said.
Kawasaki said the robot has been developed to address manufacturers’ requirements around installation space, throughput, ceiling clearance, and system integration.
A hollow wrist allows cables and hoses to run inside the robot, helping to limit interference with nearby equipment and simplify installation and maintenance.
The CP110L also includes a standard power-regeneration function. This converts energy produced during deceleration into reusable electrical energy, supporting applications that involve frequent vertical movement.
Kawasaki Robotics (USA) GI Industries director Paul Marcovecchio said: “The CP110L was developed around that reality. It gives customers another way to increase palletising capacity without assuming they have unlimited floor space or ceiling height.”
The CP110L will be displayed at the company’s stand, N-5933. The company will also present an R Series case-packing solution designed and integrated by Design For Making around Kawasaki’s RS013N robot.
In addition, Kawasaki will demonstrate the IRIS RPZ-U palletising system with an RS025N robot. The unit has a maximum payload of 25kg and a maximum reach of 1,885mm.
