The deal gives Rotor Print by SPG access to an additional 10 million m² of annual production capacity and expands its manufacturing operations in France.
The capacity will be used to support pharmaceutical packaging production in European markets.
LIVCER Impression Flexographique runs three flexographic printing lines and employs 20 people. It generated around €6m ($6.7m) in revenue in 2025.
Rotor Print by SPG had annual production capacity of 90 million m² before the transaction.
The two businesses now have combined capacity of about 100 million m² a year.
LIVCER Impression Flexographique will operate under Rotor Print by SPG’s management while keeping its name, existing activities and employees.
The French company has more than 30 years of industrial experience and knowledge of the domestic market.
The acquisition increases SP Group’s manufacturing network to six plants, with potential annual production capacity of approximately 577 million m².
In a statement, Rotor Print by SPG said: “Our objective is to build on the strengths of both organisations and create new opportunities for growth while preserving the specialisation and close customer relationships that define each company.
“For us, it represents another step forward in a strategy built on specialisation, proximity and industrial strength, with particular focus on the French and wider European pharmaceutical packaging market.”
SP Group’s French facilities are in Arras and Sucy-en-Brie.
The group recorded total revenue of €203.5m in 2025, including €62.5m from exports, and had nearly 900 employees.
