Three products, namely antioxidant serum, brightening serum and retinoid serum, are packaged in Quadpack’s crystal ballet airless solution.

Crystal Ballet is a refillable double-wall pack incorporating a glass bottle.

The format provides transparency and a cold-touch effect.

The exfoliating cleanser is supplied in Quadpack’s 150ml Big Jam Airless pack. Its components use recyclable materials and can be separated for recycling. The airless pump contains no metal.

54MD’s day cream and night cream use airless jars. Each pack has a custom-colour matte finish, while the brand identity is applied by silk-screening.

54MD CEO Peter Sigalos said: “Quadpack was the most responsive supplier we spoke to and came to every conversation with the information we needed. It was also flexible with some of our more unique asks and processes, which mattered a great deal for a brand building from scratch.

“Since we launched in June, the consistent reaction among consumers is that the packaging looks and feels super premium.”

Established in 2003, Quadpack manufactures packaging for beauty brand owners and contract fillers.

It has offices and production sites in Europe, the Americas and the Asia Pacific region, alongside a network of manufacturing partners. PSB Industries acquired Quadpack in 2024. The company has 600 employees.
