Bemis has reached an agreement with Evadix to acquire the latter’s subsidiaries, Evadix Labels and Evadix MPI, for €3.3m ($3.95m).

Both based in Romania, Evadix Labels manufactures high-quality printable polyethylene films, while Evadix MPI processes and prints films required for manufacturing flexible packaging solutions for food, beverages and other products.
