The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 14.7% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.
IT jobs claimed an 8.95% share in the company’s total hiring activity in August 2021, and recorded a 0.6% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops The Procter & Gamble IT hiring in August 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by The Procter & Gamble, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 70.91% in August 2021, and a 95% rise over July 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 10.91% in August 2021, and registered flat growth. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 7.27% in August 2021, a 100% rise from July 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global packaging IT hiring activity in August 2021 with a 41.82% share, which marked a 155.56% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 36.36%, registering a 25% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 12.73% share and a 40% rise over July 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 9.09% and a month-on-month increase of 25%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 36.36% share in August 2021, a 33.33% growth over July 2021. Poland featured next with a 20% share, up 120% over the previous month. France recorded a 7.27% share, an increase of 100% compared with July 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead The Procter & Gamble IT hiring activity in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72.73%, up by 100% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with an 18.18% share, a growth of 25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.09% share, down 16.67% over July 2021.
