The concept can substantially reduce time-to-market besides adding real value to the company’s customers.

The company opened the first PackRight Centre of the Germany and Switzerland region in Hamburg more than a year ago, followed by similar centres in Erlensee in the Rhine-Main area, Pulheim and in the Swiss town of Oftringen.

DS Smith Germany & Switzerland managing director Per V Frederiksen said: “I am overjoyed to open another PackRight Centre in our region.

"The centres are extremely well-received by our customers, which only goes to show that we are heading in the right direction with our unique concept to increase value creation for our customers."
