Graphic Packaging International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graphic Packaging Holding Company and is a leading packaging manufacturer.
Bearing an interest rate of 4.125% payable semi-annually, the notes are guaranteed by Graphic Packaging Holding Company as well as some of its material domestic subsidiaries.
Scottish multi-national brewery BrewDog will raise $50m in a private placement through its wholly-owned subsidiary of BrewDog USA to grow its business in the US.
The company will offer 1,052,632 shares at a price of $47.50 each on a best efforts basis.

By GlobalDataInternational Paper Company will raise $1.10bn by issuing a public offering of notes, due 2027, that is expected to be completed by the end of August. The notes bear a coupon rate of 3%, which is payable semi-annually.
In a separate offering, the company has issued notes due 2047 in a public offering to raise $1.2bn.
