Pro Mach has completed the acquisition of NJM Packaging, a packaging machinery provider based in North America.

The acquisition will expand Pro Mach’s capabilities as an integrated solutions provider and strengthen its position in the pharmaceutical and contract packaging markets.

NJM Packaging supplies pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and personal care packaging machinery.

James Jones & Sons has acquired TWP Packaging, a wooden pallet and packing case manufacturer based in the UK.

"The transaction is expected to expand the company’s coverage and allow it to offer more products to existing customers."

TWP will join James Jones’s pallet and packaging business unit upon completion of the acquisition.

Constantia Flexibles Group, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products and labels, has acquired Vietnamese company Oai Hung.

The acquisition marks Constantia’s entry into the Southeast Asian region and its first pharmaceutical production site in Asia.

Oai Hung produces aluminium, blister, cold-forming and strip foils, as well as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) rigid film and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film for the pharmaceutical and food industries.
