Germany-based label machines supplier Rotocontrol has won a contract from Spanish companies Adhesivos Ezquerro and Etiquetas Adhesivas Rever to supply two new label finishing machines.

While Adhesivos Ezquerro placed an order for RSC slitter rewinder, Etiquetas Adhesivas Rever will procure a DT series to be used for converting and finishing digitally created labels.

Adhesivos Ezquerro claims to be equipped with advanced offset and flexo technology, and finishing capabilities such as silk screen and hot/cold stamping. It prints on a wide variety of rigid substrates, including paper and synthetic.

Adhesivos Ezquerro’s second RSC series investment, the RSC slitter rewinder features 100% servo motor control, 440mm web width, slitting system for both shear or razor cartridges, vertical inspection zone, automatic tension control and a TubeScan digital strobe for advanced label inspection.

Label printing company Etiquetas Adhesivas Rever produces a wide array of self-adhesive labels, offering flexibility in both digital and flexographic print capability.

The company recently deployed its second Screen Truepress Jet L350UV digital label press. After this purchase, Rever sought a digital label converting solution and subsequently chose the ROTOCONTROL DT series, which comes with a fully integrated flexo printing station and semi-rotary die-cutting unit, and has speed up to 67m/min in semi-rotary mode.
